Default Losi 8 2.0 buggy conversion

Hi is there any one running a losi 8 2.0 buggy. I've just ordered a j-concepts shell with out thinking bout the 8e shell do you if it will fit over the 2 hard cased lipos in the losi conversion battery tray

I think you'll struggle. I know the std 8IGHT 1.0 shell does not have sufficient clearance for the Losi LiPo conversion.

It might fit, it depends on the height of the Lipo. When I had my original 8ight conversion, I had fairly small Lipos (a 14.8V 4350mAh Flightpower), and a standard bodyshell fitted fine.

It was an RC-Monster conversion though and the pack was close to the centreline.

how many cells are you running on? like what is the hieght of your pack?
