Tamiya Mini

Morning all

I heard on the grapevine that bmcc is considering splitting the minis into stock and modified classes.

I wonder if anyone could clarify what constitutes a 'modified' Tamiya mini (if such a thing exists).

Is it the motor? suspension? Diff? Tyres?

shame its changing from last year i thought it was quite good and close racing as it was, fast lot and not quite so fast lot, would the stock class cause more work for the marshalls or comittee to check motors and gears plus how often would they be checked? either way ill be running the same setup so i suppose ill be in the modifieds. not trying to put a downer on anything just my 2p
