Default Practice

Hi Guys,

It is possible to go to the track on my own and run a couple of practice laps to test out car / settings?

Thanks in advance
Toby

Hi Toby

Unfortunately the track is not available to us to use regularly during the week as it is on a working farm and our agreement with the farmer is to use it for Sunday race meetings.

It is available for free practice by members after race meetings on Sundays.

We are looking at how we can try and arrange some practice times over the winter although as evenings are effectively out due to lack of light this only leaves Saturdays. To be honest if any of the committee have the time to go to the track on a Saturday they are currently usually there to carry out track maintenance.

What I would say, and don't tell anyone else, if you can get down there this Saturday and help with the track maintenance then I am sure the track will need to be tested afterwards. Just don't turn up at mid-day after all the work has been done and expect to use the track as you may well get thrown in the ditch

Rob
