Default KF/KF2's in mid motor/rear motor setup?

Hi anyone out there been running their KF2's in mid/rear motor layout on astro wet/dry?

Post your findings up here?

Have been running a KF with a cobra Chassis motor to rear in wet/damp astro at SHRCCC.

Findings.

400 oil front shocks with Core red springs.
350 oil rear shockcs with Core White springs.
Ball diff.
2mm spacer under rear ball stud.
4 degree toe in to rear
20grams weight to rear
20mm ride height
Short wheel base

Seems to work quite well.

Anyone else been running in the wet or dry?

Default KF2 SE Build

Sorry this should be deleted as reposted under Cougar KF2 SE

Hi All,

I have just bought the KF2 SE, should there be additional instructions on the different configurations from the KF2. I was expecting a additional set of instructions. Can see that there is the extra parts.

I have not started building it yet, just wanted to make sure that I have everything.

Cannot wait to get started.

On another point, what is the best way to fit Slim Shorties (am going to be starting out with the low grip - motor in the middle). I have a couple of sets and they look so small. Have got lots of foam that came in their boxes. Just wondered if anyone has run them and could help me out with a pic or two.

Many thanks

Matt
