Hi there

Is there any plans for a another meeting this month? how about a endurance meeting.

Or do we have any info as to what is happening with the winter series and the upcoming Mendip / Worm AGM

Regards

Neale

From conversations on Sunday all of this is being worked out between the on-road and off-road clubs right now. Im sure Andy will have an update for us shortly.

So..the sad news is that we won't be racing again in September...most (or possibly all!) of the committee is racing at the ukmicroX 5 event at Caldicot on the 21st and 22nd September, so it means there won't be anyone around to run a meeting.

We are in the process of getting the "Winter Wonder Series" dates put in from October to March, and as soon as we get that sorting it'll be posted up

On a personal note...I would love to run another endurance race, based on the format we ran at the Party in the Dunes weekend. I thought it was great fun!!! Maybe we could use that as an end of winter finals day or something? Teams based on the series results in some way maybe? Not sure yet...but def like to do it again sometime!

Hi Neale,

You should also check out the LC car imported by Schumacher, It's a really good car. Dan & Simon Osbourne are running them & can help with set ups, getting started etc.

I run one of these.

Batteries, motor & speedo can all be picked up through Hobbyking at sensible prices.
