I had an issue with a broken item which I contacted them about yesterday.
Stuart from TD has replied today saying that a FOC replacement will be sent to me today so I would have to say that things would appear to have improved quite a lot. |

I cannot speak to UK response but as a new Team Durango user in the US, my only service request with Tower Hobbies was handled just as quickly as possible. I had a missing bearing and a phone call resulted in replacement parts in 2 days.
