Default Mid East Inter Club Summer Series

With the latest guidance issues by the BRCA, the Mid East committee have lobbied the region's clubs to look at putting on a regional race series. Three clubs have agreed to hold meetings, therefore the Mid East Inter Club Summer Series looks as follows:

July 5th 2wd Broxtowe
July 19th 4wd BMR
August 9th 4wd A1
August 23rd 2wd BMR
September 13th 2wd A1
September 27th 4wd Broxtowe

Races will be capped at 50 entries, broken down into 10 heats of 5 cars in order to comply with social distancing regulations. Drivers will be expected to provide their own PPE including a Hi Viz vest and gloves for marshaling as well as their own hand sanitiser. Cost will be £10 per entry and will be handled through an online booking system (details to be announced). Tyre rules will be as per the regional rules from the 2020 AGM. As there will be no scrutineering, we expect all racers to play fair and self police, any obvious breaches will be dealt with.

This is not our Mid East regional series and no trophies will be handed out but it is an opportunity to race in safe, controlled conditions for the glory whilst supporting our local clubs.
