With the weather as it was, I doubt that any records were in trouble of being beaten yesterday.

Cracking day though, even with the rain, track is awesome easily stands up to any I've been to.

Looking forward to going back on a dry day.

Well done Boughton; and the Hotdogs were exceptional!

Thanks to Adrian for the use of his Generator. My day would have been over long before it started without it!

Well done to Carl - i thought I could do smug, but that was legendary, double-teamed smugness I got served at the end of the day. Well deserved and a quality drive, especially on worn rubber.

Congratulations to Myally for the 4WD win! And Kudos to George for successfully driving sideways around the entire track with the SC. Looking forward to seeing any footage on it...

Barry will be sending the results over to the BRCA, but his computer S**t itself, his words not mine, on Tuesday. When it's fixed he will get them over asap. It was a goods days racing and I was impressed how everyone kept going despite the weather, I guess we are all so used to it by now!!!

I'll get some results posted asap, but as Col said, my laptop proper crapped its pants yesterday (not good when your end of year accounts are due this week, and everything is on it!! And all the guy in the computer shop could say is "have you backed up"). I'm currently using my phone for everything which is a complete pain in the ar*e.
I'm glad everyone enjoyed the day, despite the rain. I hope you all come back to race when its dry! When we arrange another meeting I will post details, it would be great to get everyone back.
Did anyone get any pictures?

Just give your accountant a box full of receipts and let him earn his money, that's what half our clients seem to like doing at the moment Plus HMR&C website is down until Saturday so your accountant won't be able to file anything anyway so no need to rush.

Likewise about the photo's there were plenty of cameras floating about from what I saw.

There's always one If you ran your shocks the right way up that result may well have been possible!! in an attempt to even things out I believe the top three in buggies were;

4wd
John Myall
George Fairweather
Carl Dufton

2wd
Jonathan Brown
Simon Watson
David Evans

Sorry I don't know the result for short-course

Videos looked pretty good, I didn't realise there was the odd bit of commentary and the beeps when you crossed the line while we were racing!!!

Looking forward to seeing some photo's if anyone took any.

Roll in Colchester in a week and a bit's time.

We have already put plans in place to improve the pa system. Hopefully the next time you visit there will be a much improved sound system with the speakers facing the rostrum from the other side of the track, with one positioned at each end of the back straight.
