Ali shock mounts are the same height as the pre fs tower mounts.

The FS tower mounts are 1.5mm taller

i seem to make the alloy mounts making the tower a tad lower not higher

fs mount and tower on left
3 racing alloy mount and fs tower on right

Looks good Gareth!

I can't quite tell from the photo but it looks like you have put heatshrink on the speedo solder tabs. This isn't a good idea as they are the heatsink on the Tekin.

Kev,

I have just put a bit of heatshrink over the solder to make it look nice and neat. The rest of the terminals are not covered up. Is it worth uncovering the solder joints as well?

Yeah I would, it's probably ok but The more surface you cover up the less effective it will be at getting rid of the heat.
