Default 2wd and the springs to use?

Hi, maybe nothing new, but Guy's is there a simple rule for which springs to use on a 2wd RC and in this case an Ansmann??
Front and rear the same springs, or front medium rear soft, or something else?
Still working on my Ansmann, using the basicdempers, but struggling on using other springs, so that's why my question??

Sorry for my not correct English...........Appie53.

in the uk most of you at the moment are finding the stock springs work well on the car, but the AE springs do fit but a little snug.

Kyosho orange on front
Kyosho dark blue on back I think is what most ansmann drivers are using
