Default Modern Racing SWB Optima Mid

I have been working on this project for quite some time. It started out as a Turbo Optima Mid that my brother bought used in 1990. The anti roll bars were missing. I always wanted a mid SE, so I decided to get this painted as a SE.
The mods are :
1. My own B4 layshaft with standard B4 slipper.
2. 62.5mm modern kyosho CVDs
3. 3racing 4mm blue hexes.
4. Durango DEX410 shocks
5. Ball Diffs
6. Custom cut front long shock tower, cut in 1990.
7. A & L ball bearing c hubs
8. Kyosho GP10 blue steering parts and lazer ZX steering posts.
9. My own made PEEK center gear.

The electronics are :
1. SANWA MX3X transmitter and R451 receiver
2. Bog standard Futaba Servo
3. ORCA Qspark brushless ESC ( which I will get on sunday)
4. Team Powers 10.5T brushless motor
5. 4500mah maxpower lipo battery stick pack.

Here are pics

That's a fast and nice handling Optima. Carefull with those curbstones, along with "trespassing" trees, these are the most deadliest enemies an RC car can encounter.

Oh yes, the usual suspects .
I raised the rear suspension and also the fronts to anticipate next weeks offroad excursion. I tightened the front ball diffs. I will be preparing my gear diffs to replace the ball diffs once the BDs get gritty. I was thinking of making the gear side of the SG-25 since I only got one extra new one left. I was actually really surprised at the SWB's turning radius which was tight and small, compared to my LWB mid.

yeah and its only a 10.5T. The speed is because of the orca Q spark ESC which allows boost and turbo. Heck I only opened up the boost to 30 degrees. I have not even opened up the turbo ! And its already faster than my LWB with 8.5T motor.
