Schumacher Bosscat and Shorty Lipos?
Hi All,
I’m looking at getting my first vintage Schumacher, hopefully a Bosscat Works? I’d like to run my shorty batteries though... Can shorty batteries be fitted into a Bosscat? Has anyone done it? Thanks! |

I think you may have to run shorty length ways along chassis like most current 4wd cars
I have done it on my procat I think lipo would foul on belt if tried across chassis like xls re release unless using a thin lipo and raising it off bottom deck slightly send email I'll send pics regards Dave |

I'm doing the same. Dave's solution is neat, I'm just looking for a shorty on one side and radio gear on the other side. Probably need some 3d printed stuff.

Have a look at Muzzroom racing, I know they do a Cat 2000 lipo holder so you might find they do a bosscat one

I've just done it my Bosscat. I used 2 strips of velcro to run it down the right hand side of the chassis. Works a treat and is fixed well.
