Default Running small bore shocks on a 210

I'm after some set up advice on my 210 I'm running small bore shocks light blue springs on the back and dark blue on the front. No idea what oil is in them.
Front shocks are in the outer holes top and bottom
The rear shocks are in the middle hole top and bottom
Camber links have 2mm washers under them. Long links at the front . The back is in second hole away from the car. Rear front pin holder is 3 toe in 1.5 kick up
Mid motor

I race on high grip astro and find the back end rotates to fast and snappy even off power

What colour springs do I need to have a softer and a harder set? Who stocks them?

Any advice would be appreciated
