Surely it can't be 1mm? no one can machine something that badly. If it is then just go so it *almost fits* then heat it up and drop the room temp bearing straight in there

One of them needs a fraction of a mm..another might just need a real fine wet and dry sand paper...and yeah was planning on warming the hubs a little to give me a tiny bit more freedom...

I'll get them sorted ..thanks for the replies everyone.
