Posting a LIPO
Have just been to the post office to post out a LIPO I have sold. They said they can't deliver it due to it being prohibited goods. Has anybody else had this problem if so who will I be able to send it out with. Cheers.

I too have received lipos through the post recently...but they are not really allowed...!
Most shops use a carrier such as "my Hermes" ..... |

Posting LIPO
It's a case of how honest do you want to be? Having said that I don't think they check every package but to be completely safe a courier may be a better bet.

Just re-wrap it in bubble wrap and tell them its RC tyres.

I too have received lipos through the post but if they find them they will destroy them and then come after you for posting dangerous goods, as with nearly all the carriers. If you look at almost anyone's prohibited list loose "lipos" or "batteries" for instance will be on that list, unless you pay for ups or parcelfarce or someone else who is massively over priced that will take them loose you need to find someone
Most will carry them new in something like secured in a model (like it makes that much difference). I have always posted lipos with my herms I know they take 3-4 days but there cheep and you are more likely to get away with them I have found.
