Shocks-
Front: 2x 1.6 pistons, 550 wt
Rear: 3 x 1.4 pistons, 350 wt
Other-
Shocks to rear of tower
Center diff 500k (a lot of people prefer slipper for high grip carpet, but I like the feel of the diff personally)
10k front diff/7k rear diff
1.6 front bar, stock rear bar
middle dot for anti squat and toe in all around
laid down front shocks
middle (tower) and outer (arm) for rear
upper camber link hole front tower
lower camber link hole rear tower
Tyres-
mini pin rear (outer row cut)
4wd cut stagger front (slightly worn works great)

This will be a close starting point for carpet, basically what I use and then adjust depending on the days traction level.
