Default Set up for coventry

Any one got a decent starting set up for the 22. I was intending to run it motor at the rear, as I may well end up using it on sunday with some extra weight to bring it to the 4wd weight.

Is coventry a sandy astro track? in which case i would leave it out back but if it has massive grip levels I may have to get the spanners out again!

thanks

High grip, mid and stiff required. Good grip when wet as well.
