Hi Duncan, I bought some white carbon effect woven tape on fleabay 100mm wide is enough and quite cheap. It feels like a woven fabric rather than helicopter tape super smooth stuff, I tried some old helicopter tape I had here first but it was a pain to work with. I trimmed mine before building the car by marking around the outside of the chassis and cut out the holes for the screws with an old tyre punch. Cut inside the lines around the chassis by 3mm or so as the stuff will not bend up the side well. I've then added a small extra piece over the rear gearbox area covering the screws which I can replace as and when.
