Cheers mate.

I've got a set in the box if needed. I just feel on the slidy stuff that the spikes are better.

I have noted the revised timings and can't help but think that that all seems a bit tight from doors opening to practice starting, then only 30 minutes practice. It's gonna be hectic!

Looking forward to it!

Jimmy

What a fantastic days racing. Loads of drivers turning up from around the country and very competitive racing in all heats. Well done to the club for putting on a fantastic series and even managing to squeeze in 5 rounds of qualifying as well as the finals in what was billed to be a hectic day

Thanks to Paul, Mike and the Benfield crew for a great day . Track was excellent and made for some great racing. Highlights were both my finals, .... The junior 4wd final (great race), and the superstar juniors in 2wd . Thanks to a very sporting race with Allan, you deserved the win for that overtaking after the double alone, never mind being super fast.

Great days racing and enjoyable track. Shame there was some no shows though. Well done to the Benfield Club and Allan for two convincing victories!

Fantastic day and we'll run, I spent most of it setting up my buggies but got more done today than I have done in weeks.
The timing gear has ran 100% without interference And Paul I know you have stressed a bit but I think everyone will agree that we are all grateful for all the time and effort you put into it.

Thanks race control for another round and thanks to the kitchen for all the running around you did (sry forgot the tip I'll leave double next month ).

Yep as everyone else said great day, nice to do 5 rounds too for a good amount of runtime !!
One question will the format of best 2 rounds to count stand for the rest of the series or will it be FTQ ?

Yeah, super days racing. Safe to say all the Scots lads enjoyed themselves - one especially! Allan was chuffed to bits!

Can I ask if you post results anywhere?

The 5 rounds and 1 Final each is the format that we're running at the Scottish regionals for 2015. Works a treat.

Thanks again!

Jimmy

Default Round 2 - series results

Ladys and Gent's
Round 2 results.
I have had a little time this evening and updated the series with the results.

I hope to find a way of hosting/ posting them tomorrow evening when I get a few minutes to work out how to do it
( sorry I am no IT expert ) to make it easy for every one to access.

The club works hard putting on the series as a reward for the new club drivers and the junior drivers
( The super stars of the future). It makes all the time and effort witch goes in to putting on these events
both behind the scene’s and on the day, All worth while when you see how much they are developing / improving week on week and most of all enjoying the sport / Hobby.

The series brings together competitors of all ages With the youngest drivers 4 and 4 ½ years old and the oldest 60+ years young, both male and female drivers who make the effort to travel from far and wide as Scotland and Yorkshire, to support us and help us put on these great events.
Due to this support we are attracting a lot of interest from other regions and even internationally. (WOW)

Thank you to every one who stayed back and helped with clearing the track and rostrum away it is really appreciated.
It was great to see every one pull together.Again on behalf of Benfield Radio controlled Buggy Club THANK YOU ALL for your support.

I will be opening the bookings for round three very soon and would like to invite you to book and confirm your attendance asap, as we all ready have 40+ competitor’s pre booked.

Regards
Paul Carr
