Good question, despite my best efforts the only thing thats broken has been a diff screw but the spares I ordered with mine were, in no particular order,
2 pairs each of front & rear wishbones.
1 each of front & rear shock tower.
2 pairs each of front & rear uprights ( rears are probably redundant now as I've fitted the alloy hop ups) & 2 pairs of hub carriers.
2 spare sets of diff gears
1 set of slipper pads
As I said so far I havn't needed any of them but I'm a pessimist!
One thing that is a MUST, file or dremel a flat on the cross pins of every CVD on the car. Not just the driveshafts for the wheels but the centre drive shafts as well. I'm also going to dremel a small semi circle at 90 degree's to each cross pin hole. The reason for this being that I think the reason the pins come adrift is because I can't seem to get a hex drive 100% squarely onto the grub screws to get them as tight as possible. With a small recess in the drive cup I should be able to get a hex squarely on there and tighten them up properly.
I lost the cross pin on the rear centre drive shaft twice yesterday, both had been thread locked although obviously with the second it didn't have much time to go off. Front wheel drive only seriously sucks!
I've now put a flat on the centre shaft cross pins as well as the drive shafts.
