uhmm, no?
Black is very soft - blues are some of the hardest springs. a crazy mans mixup of springs on any car!

you try the usual blue or silver front, with silver or green rear.

Kit standard parts are:

2 Hole Shock Pistons
33t Plastic Pinion
Yellow Springs front & rear



"Hi there...can anybody answer my questions :

I thought blue rears were 2.55rate and blacks fronts were 3.20 rate as per the chart above jim

Ryan my kit had 2 hole pistons for the rear and 3 hole for the fronts

I can see the logic, as the AE blacks on paper are stiffer than Schumacher new yellows. Although it sounds a country mile out.

Lee, can I borrow a pair of silver & orange front springs and Losi cups - I have a sneaky suspicion you have some....

You tend to run much softer on the rear. Trust us, Silver/Blue fronts, Silver/Green rears if AE.

I'm sure mine were 2 hole for both ends.....i'll check later as i'm stripping them when i get home anyway, to cut off the top of the diaphragm

Jimmy/graham i'm not questioning what your saying i'm just going off the rates and coloured springs that AE give Surpose you can't go against experience.
