I thought, if there were drivers that were F1 they were removed from the grading?

They have been Gavin. Stu has shown the Nationals qualification drivers and also the adjusted Regional grades.

For example, the top 9 from the Region this year in 2wd are awarded F2. Because 5 drivers from the top 9 qualified for F1 or F2 grade from the Nationals, the F2 count goes down to 14th.
