Default Postage charges and comments please

Were currently reviewing our postage charges and rather than dictate set fees, we thought we would ask our customers what they prefer.

At the moment any order over £30 is free and anything under is £2.50 regardless of amount, but lately weve had lots of smaller orders and i feel £2.50 is too much on these.

So, would you rather:

  1. Be charged the exact amount it costs on ALL orders.
  2. Keep the charges as they are.
  3. Charge a set amount and do free postage on orders over £50.
Please leave any comments you may have even if your not a customer and dont run Tamiya.

Jamie I'd keep it as it is, that way I always know what I'll be paying. It's also easier for both the buyer and the shop I think. I think your postage charges are very reasonable m8. Hope this was helpful, going to bed now.
Speak to you later,
Scotty....

Anybody else wish to express an opinion on postage rates. We've had several people query our postage rates, so here's your chance to view your opinion and how you would like them set.

I haven't (as yet) bought anything from your shop, but the postage seems fine to me. I guess the only problem comes on small, cheap single parts but I don't see that there's much you an do about that - better organisation on the buyers behalf is required!

Thanks for the reply guys, looks like it will be staying as it is. We do always encourage feedback, whether it be good or bad. Just p.m or e-mail us with any suggestions on how we can improve our service.

Thanks again.
