To race at a brca club, you normally can race 3 times before becoming a brca member which costs £17 per year. However for major events you must be brca registered.

£8 non-bury members
£6 members

As Paul has rightly said earlier you need BRCA membership as a driver at every club, regardless of wether they ask for it. It's insurance for all drivers.

The above quote applies only to totally new drivers to the sport.

Those three races apply only to complete newcomers, since you've been racing somewhere else you've had your three meetings already I presume

We have raced at leyland which isn't a brca club. We also went to goshen once last year when we went do just to go on the track bit didn't know it was a race day and the guy said join in so we did.

I don't mind becoming a brca member. We want to race at other places than leyland so if that's what's need then that's fine
