Very artistic Paul, looks like you have too much time on your hands.

here ya go, this is a 3d model I did from memory in 1999 of my mongoose fuzz (bmx) . I never got round to being able to animate the chain links but they are all built properly. I don't like doing 3D stuff, so this is pretty good for me - even if its a bit old and dated now.. haha..

Hehe, cool stuff.
I don't do much on paper, just occasional concept art like that taxi, which are scanned and coloured, concept art for someone else to 3d model from.
I don't do much other than occasional graphics for this website outside work, I just cant be bothered after doing it all day but I could do with getting back into it - since it pays to improve my skills- playing with toys doesn't get me anywhere lol

I use photoshop with an A4 wacom on dual monitors, and maya at work.

first one is a quick ROB-OFF competition at work while we were bored, make a "ROB" (someone at work) I dont remember if I won or not, the other one was in 3d.

I think they were all done in photoshop 5.5
The pens, yea they are easy to get used to. I drew with a mouse for many years so I know what its capable of, the pen just makes it a bit easier and quicker to acheive stuff. Where I used to spend ages shading - now I can do it a lot quicker.
I'm sure I was better many years ago, im getting old! haha

Just picked up a Tablet me self.. some cheapy 'Trust' tablet from the asda for £22 and it's great, no lag, responds well to pressure and is quite accurate, although after trying Jimmys wacom my tablet dosnt come near to the quality the wacom has.

I'm ambidextrious (sp?) I use my left hand to write, but also use my right hand for alot of other things.. including the computer mouse. I've struggled for months on simple things such as straight lines, shading, blending etc.

Since using the tablet it is easier.. but it feels strange drawing on the pad but looking at the screen
I wanna do more designs.. but lacking inspiration at the moment
