Default la200 gear set
In the packet there are 3 gears 2 the same and one with a large hole in the middle what is this one for ?

That's for a 1-way diff option which isn't really used much these days.

Could they be used with a bearing to accomadate, might be a good backup as we all must gather them?

You can also use them for spool.
