Surely you off road racers aren't scared of a bit of mud?
Not sure how this works? Will there be booking in on the day for a guest heat, for us Ledbury members, or have we all missed the boat - should we have booked in through central booking? I hope you guys all enjoy the track, we've done the best we can with limited resources and and a few eger volunteers. The track is still in it's infancy and you should see many changes over the next few months. Big thanks has to go to Ray and Doug, hope you all enjoy it.
Gordy
P.S. You wouldn't believe how many wheel barrow loads went into those dirt sections!

Gordy. Drop Phil Sleigh an e-mail to see about a guest heat.
More racers the better for Ledbury's income.
Just got to remember a bucket, water and wellies.

Not planned on a 2WD heat, as no one had showed any interest.

As for booking on the day, that will be purely down to the choice of Doug/Carl. The problem occurs when loads want to book-in and demand to be seeded in a high heat, as everything is pre-seeded.

If the people that booking on the day don't mind going in the lowest heat, or a separate heat if there's enough then it shouldn't be a problem.

As Chris(losixx) says if you're running 4WD then just send me an e-mail now and I'll see if I can re-seed the heats before I leave for London.

remember you need BRCA membership to race and marshall, for insurance reasons.

I won't be running myself Sunday - as I have a temporarily knackered eye. Most of our guys run 2wheel drives so was just wondering if their is a non point scoring fun heat to chuck them in? But if thats down to race control, I'll ask them.
Cheers Gordy

Hi Gordy,

If they're all 2WD then I'd suggest they go in a heat of their own as a non points scoring class. It should be easy enough for Doug or Carl to arrange on Sunday morning.

Griff, I have about a litre, so I'll bring that for you, is that enough? You can use it all, we don't need it, apparently it was going to get poured away!!

By the way, the multimap link has a weather thing on it, and shows what looks suspiciously like lightning tomorrow!
