Looks good mate. What's the weight balance like. With my set up,it feels like i need a bit more weight over the front so this might be the install that i need to copy.Like the lipo brace.

Weight distribution seems pretty good. as the ESC is mounted towards the back, the Lipo is in the middle of the chassis. i have never actually put it on ballance blocks but it jumps well.

The battery strap is by HR in the US. it fits perfectly

Raced mine at HNMC on sunday, and over the big table top it was a little rear heavy so will weigh it and see what the weight balance is.

Did you re position your electrics moving the Battery forward upto the servo?

That will shift some weight towards the front end

Not yet mate, but what i did last night at maritime racing was put some weight on top of the servo and that helped out a lot.

when i originally got my 1.0 and was running shorty packs i had the above set up. Reciever and esc at the back with a shorty pack pushed up to the servo. I now run saddles pushed ni on against the motor and found that better with a full size servo at the front and a small amount (15g) of weight under the bulkhead. I always found the car a lot more unforgiving running a shorty pack. Tended to snap round when pushing hard easier. Mines currently a 1.5 now and after a tad more weight on the nose again last night at maritime it made a huge difference. Just remember if your pushing to much weight up the front your gonna begin to loose the traction which iv always thought the 22 thrives with!

Last night at Maritime was the second time i had used the car.Starting off kit setup,i was 2 seconds a lap quicker with the 22 2.0 than my last car.
Only used the shorty as that is what i was running in my last 2wd.But i have the option of running saddles aswell,so may try them also.
I will try different setups when i can.Even kit setup is not to far from perfect, shows how good this car is.
Will purchase the brass bulkhead just to get the weight as low as possible and try that.

Its just a compromise about balance. It was just a trial to see if it helped.

As said above its compromise. The only thing iv ever found a bit difficult to dial out is mid - exit on power push. Its small but when your pushing on and your not careful it can upset your lap. Low speed rotation, high speed initial and drive the car thrives with. A little weight up front seems to help that mid exit difficulty. The brass kick shim helps and also running alloy upgrades such as the camber block help as also. Its only small amounts of weight but it all helps.

my 22 is complete pig to drive with bit of weight upfront. so I shifted lot of weight to back of car. it drove nicely.
