I run a Schumacher CAT SX2 at the moment and find it easy to drive. Also maintenence is fairly easy. Diffs do not need rebuilding that often.

What has not been asked is whether you plan to race indoor or outdoor as this makes a fair bit of difference.

Have seen the DEX410R running and this looks good, especially as you can get them for under £200.

Koyosho FS2, Tamiya 511 and Associated B44.1 are all good too but cost a fair bit more.

Kyosho Lazer FS2 / FS2-sp ... easy to live with, super strong, great to drive and quick.

I honestly can't think of what I'd drive if it wasn't a Lazer ... give one a go!

Id say take a look at whats common where you live/race so help with setup/spares is easily available.
Otherwise id suggest looking at the Cat SX3, Tamiya 511 and AE B44.1
