Why do you need to know the number of turns?
To some extent Kv values are actually more useful than turns anyway. It should be apparent that for example all 6.5t's aren't equal. Some have significantly higher or lower Kv's than others, and this is a good indicator of their drivablity. For example, after running someone else's Losi 4.5t and finding it fast but managable I foolishly bought a cheap Novak 4.5t. Its insane and really hard to control. No surprise when you check the kv values, the Losi is 7140kv, the Novak 9000kV! If you are after say a 7.5t, look up the kv for a few different brands, get a 'typical' figure and find the Ansmann nearest that.

it's just so i know what turn they are so i know what class i can use them in.
i was using an ezrun 13t but i race in 13.5 so i dont want to make the same mistake again (the ezrun is a very good motor & esc for £50) |

Generally a 13.5t ranges from 2700kv (GM) to 3600kv (Speed Passion), so you should get away with either the 2700kv or 3300kv

ansmann
Says a lot about the customer service tho if they havent replied to your emails, I'd be thinking about what might happen if there were to be a problem with the product and the distributer couldnt help.
