Default Tamiya M07 Parts (5x3x3.5mm Spacer)

Hi everyone,

I raced my M07 for the first time Friday and it was excellent.
However, even though I didn't have any especially hard hits, the upright/ c-hub let go and cracked. The problem is, there is a 5x3x3.5mm spacer that sits in the c-hub that has gone missing and I can't find this part anywhere!

Any suggestions?
It's a 5x3x3.5 "pipe" according to the manual.

Thanks.

It looks like what you're referring to is the spacer C2 on the C Parts "tree" ?

If so RCMart have the C Parts in stock http://www.rcmart.com/tamiya-51597-c...h=595_744_1959

Doesn't help you.....but the same thing happened to the guy that ran his M07 last week. C Hub cracked. He's checked and also looks like other C Hub has a hairline crack. Seems this could be a weak point on this chassis (mine is arriving this week)

Haha
I managed to find a spacer that is similar online. It's not ideal and causes a bit more play, but it's better than not racing the car. I've spoke to Tamiya USA and Uk and both have said that Tamiya have no stock of the MB16 spacer and won't for a while. I think it is a good idea to order a spare set of the uprights/c-hubs, I've order a replacement and a spare, but I'm racing tomorrow and they still aren't here
