Shock oil
Hi what shock oil do you use in your short course trucks any advice would be good

What truck your running isn't really relevant, if you are running on a bumpy outdoor track then you need the shocks soft to allow them to absorb the bumps so 300 to 500 and if you are running on Flat Astro with the odd jump you can get away with the dampers being stiffer so 500 to 800.
There is also the point about the pistons you have and the holes sizes and number of holes in each piston? Ultimately its down to driver preference so sadly whatever anyone tells you will only be a starting point then you need to test. I hope that helps |
