Guys,
I have been in touch with the guys at Ledbury via email and asked for an update on their track conditions etc. and their views on whether we should go ahead... I have however done this by email and so will have to wait on their response as they may well be at the track now. As soon as I get their views we will make a decision regarding the best option. I am pretty far from Ledbury at the moment, I am in Chester visiting my sister so have no knowledge of how the conditions are in Hereford so am relying on others- I will let you all know via email/on here as to whether we are going ahead or not. I hope you will appreciate that this is a tough call because making assumptions about weather etc. can be a risk, I do not intend to force you all into a wasted journey and will get you an answer ASAP. Please be patient. Tom

I am in Ledbury itself, and it is pretty wet here at the moment.... It has been raining most of last night, and has been racing since I got up this morning at about 8.45...
If it carries on this afternoon, I can't really see it going ahead, unless the weather changes. HTH Mark

All,
Have just been to lay out the track and it is damp up there and the rain is now only spitting, I have worked the track around the wet spots so there will be no use of the bowl at this event. I have spoken with Tom to update him and he will seek a further update from Ray later on this afternoon to decide what to do as we appreciate alot of you travel quite a distance. Lee
