Hope you've been in training Wrighty. We are going to need to be strong propping up that many drivers from the foot of the table. I glanced in the "who's gonna win the F2's chat section" and saw just how spanked we are going to get.

I think lower/midtable mediocrity is even a challenge too far. So let's go, keep out the way and challenge for that special place:

The 2nd from bottom, Super Uber Chump Kup.

Have you gone and got yourself a proper car yet Ben, or is the Botchmobile having one last ride?

It was officially retired yesterday - although the front diff is getting one last hurrah.

Went to MERCC yesterday and had a go with my new F2 ride. (my = Daren Brady loaning me his DEX410). What a car!!! It took a couple of races (expo change on my tx and thicker oil in f-diff) to dial the front into something that I could drive - but just big piles of wows!!!!

Really looking forward to next week and setting a mark for 2013.

Default Finals

All of the entry money has now been sent to the BRCA, and entries confirmed.
I would like to wish all drivers the very best of luck, I was originally planning on racing in the F3/4/5's but after all of the planning for my upcoming wedding the week before, I am planning on chilling all week long.

"Good luck to all representing the East Of England Section"

Just think where you might be now if you hadn't cancelled your pre-order for a DEX 3 years ago when I got mine, instead of following Andy off on his folly

Folly! A most excellent choice of words. One which perfectly describes the Era de East. Just waiting for the DEX410-V4 with centre diff.

Well, a mark was set for 2013, albeit not a particularly high one. After one minor disaster after another, I managed to get one quali in. James was going well and beating me all day. He was destined for the d final, until he was deemed to be a terrible Marshall and was docked 10points off his best run, dumping him into my final. Two things here, 1/ it was a bit harsh and James will explain and 2/ bribes do sometimes work!

Track was tight and technical. Astro with a grass section. Must say the club have done a great job and the astro was very drivable and unlike Silverstone, didnt offer such a huge advantage for local knowledge because of its consistency.

That's two EoS finals I have been too at Broxtowe and both excellent!!!

yes its true i got a penelty for being late to mashelling but let me explain if transmitter compound is 2 min walk the run off is 1 mins walk and your last car across the line you need to be superman to get there .. other than that it was well run and track was good i let ben win in the final because i didnt want him to be caring for the chump cup lol
