Tamiya ff01/ta02 parts question??

Which parts (if any) from the ff01 and ta02 are common to both cars. Restoring an ff01 for the iconic cup next year and need to replace pretty much all the rear suspension parts. Also will ta01/ta02 speed tuned gears fit it?
