Default Alternative cobra body

Hi all, anyone have any ideas what bodies may fit the mardave cobra. I have a few original bodies but fancied a different look and wondered if any other bodies might fit. The chassis is quite wide at the front and as most 2wd cars these days are quite narrow I was thinking maybe a 4wd body. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I don't think so. Maybe penguin Rc meteor body or a team c tm4 looks a similar shape. I tried a Rc10 body and it didn't fit. I have done the shocks and now ordering a black can and some wheels.

Adey, drop steve at penguin a message,he has been looking for a cobra shell to add to the range so if you have an old one he could make a copy and im sure he would make another version for you with a modern day twist,it was something we was talking about only a couple of weeks ago.

Thats something I would be very interested in. I love the penguin shell I have on my sons Mad Monkey.

I have cobra bodies but mine have been cut short as I run the front tower spaced further back so not sure how useful they would be to penguin Rc.

Do Penguin have any plans to do the Cobra undertray? Would be nice to be able to get the original plain Cobra shell still also (the new evo one with bonnet bulges isn't quite as retro).

Think I've also mentioned both an undertray and a cab for'rad/different shell to Steve before.

Mardave's bodies are pretty rough.
The one I use is way wider than the chassis and pretty springy.
