Default Saturday morning arrival

All,

The Bury committee team will be at the track from 0730 on Saturday morning, to welcome all drivers to our fantastic venue.

On arrival, everyone will be asked if you are staying overnight at the track and therefore need tent or other pitching site. It is our intention to position those persons staying, onto the grassed area, between our car park and the gymnasium. (Very large Red brick building behind the track)
This will give good protection from any overnight wind and make it more sociable.

Please do not pitch up anywhere if this applies to you, please first speak to one of the clubs committee, who will be wearing hi vis.

Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Please DO NOT try and drive on grassed areas, unless specifically directed by Bury committee team. We have a fantastic relationship with our neighbours who use the Goshen site and wish to keep it.

Bring on the weekend

If not staying overnight can tents be left up on other side of track or is that, not advisable?
