Default Cougar 2 project

Ok guys here is the start of project number1 for me my original cougar.

I bought this car back in 1990 when they first came out and has raced in many forms in its life including a shotgun conversion for a while. It had the long front shock tower conversion before that, and ended as it is now with MMS gear box works rear arms and hubs, ball raced steering, version 1 slipper, proto type cougar 2 shock towers and front arms.

I also have a cougar 2 team car on its way from the UK atm.

I'm going to be building 2 buggies a shelfer and a runner. The shelter will be basically a new build to full works spec..... Only need roller or ball raced drive shafts to have it complete, and the runner will be a modded team car.

I'll also be building a nib bosscat works but that's another thread to come

Look forward to you feedback and any hints suggestion etc

Adrian

Where on earth did you find a NIB Bosscat works? I'm pretty sure Wayne had one but I don't know whatever happened to it.....or any of his other stuff for that matter.

I got lucky john, found it on Aussie eBay was missing the chassis battery straps and sticker set, I've got a fibrelyte chassis and battery straps just can't find the sticker set.......yet, I will be building it up as it's not a complete original set and the fact I got it so cheap helps too

I have original Cougar 2 decals left over from Cougar 2 Team and Cougar 2 Works re-store on here. I also have original TEKIN decals in Purple, White and Red. I also have a original Red OAKLEY wing decal. If any good give me a pm with a offer.

Mark.
