First off, 5 turn motor in a B4 is a really bad idea!
All it will do its spin on the spot. Especially on our polished floor.

Your wanting a 8.5/7.5 maximum. Thats what I will be running.

As far as a radio I have a 3VCS for sale with a Spektrum Mod & Receiver
if thats of interest drop me a PM. I can bring it with me.

The B4, is a pretty good all around car, There will be normally a handfull of people running B4/B4.1's along with a few C4.1's. So you will always have spares to hand.

I think the most cost effective way to buy B4 parts is to buy a full car!, You can buy them for £60-£80 2nd hand.

I've got one of these you can have for £30 if you are ok with a stick radio.

Front wishbones are the main culprits for breaking turnbuckles generally pop off and can be pushed back on however if your turnbuckles keep popping off then you may need to replace the ball cups they're the plastic bits on each end of the turnbuckle. You can use parts off a B4.1 with the exception of the rear chassis plate, geabox case, diff and the outdrive bearings as these are metric on the 4.1 as opposed to the B4 which uses imperial bearings.

Whilst starting out probably best to get some spare wishbones and a spare front bulkhead or two, these are very cheap and quite easily broken by a new racer (myself tbh).
Also some spare screws (all unc) are a good idea body clips etc. and some spare shock cups.
When I started out I crashed alot and these were (still are) the bits I broke or lost the most.

Good luck mate
