New Track Info

Just to let everybody know, the counsil will be starting either next week or the following week!
We are having a new track and they are going to try and re-use as much stuff as possible.
We are having a brand new rostrom.
The contractor has said it will probably take untill the summer untill it is finished but at least it will be started.
