Can you post the length from the end of the chassis (at the back) to just under the front bumper? I have some chassis protector sheets and want to know if they will be long enough to cover the chassis.

Thanks.

Nice mate, just one observation, is the battery brace thing in the wrong way round? if you turn it rnd it will hold the lipo in to stop side to side/forward movement.

Hi mate, no the battery brace is the correct way around for Mid motor according to the manual.

Yeah I spotted that in the manual. Birdy's right - if you're running saddles in the mid config you need to install the forward battery tray in the orientation as the manual says but...

If you're running the Xcelorin 96mm lipo, you can turn it back round (a la rear config) and it'll hold the front of the battery and stop it from moving from side to side - not that it can move very far - especially with 2 dirty great velcro straps holding the poor little bugger down :-)

Looks like D20MCK's rear config car has the forward tray round the wrong way though?

Looking good though Birdy and D20MCK.
Tidy paint job on CJ's (Delves) shell - no one can wonder there eh

Good work!

It certainly requires some creativity with the wiring. After lots of messing mine is presentable but my castle speedo means can't fit everything on the chassis. Gonna try routing motor wires back under the guard as you have as not sure my shell will fit as is.

Cheers, will do.

Although the LiPo is fully forward its just replacing the space where the electrics would have been and vice versa, I don't think i've upset the balance by doing this...only track time will tell i suppose!

I am running the cream weight behind the motor (approx 48g over standard item i think), and i'm contemplating running some under the electrics to further aid rear end, but will see how it goes as is. How much weight have people added and where to?

Actually What's the BRCA weigt for 2WD these days??
