Default Gil Losi Jr - Interview

In the middle of March the surprise announcement was made that Gil Losi Jr had left the company that bore his family name to go and head up the design team at competitors Kyosho America. Xtreme RC Magazine caught up with Gil shortly after the move to find out the real story behind the move and what lies ahead for him in his new position.

how do people see Losi going now?

You simply have to look at Losi as a brand of Horizon Hobby, it is no longer a "small" independent firm.

I'm sure they still have the technical skills to produce race-winning cars, it's just that the way they do it will have changed.

The past few years has already seen Losi-branded cars that we would not have expected to be released 5 or 10 years ago.
