Default Xfactory X201

How cool would it be if Xfactory retooled the whole X6 concept to convert a TRF201.

I'd buy one

Go on Chazz, take out a mortgage on your house and do it

it would, however I cannot see it happening.

It would be a waste of $$ tooling for only a small margin who own the 201. Tamiya would have to sell a bucket load of 201's before anyone would consider such a conversion. Even if tamiya did have 1/3 of the 2wd market share, which I highly doubt, it would be hard as there is already a cougar mid mount, and sometime down the track a durango mid mount.

At least in Finland I don't see the point as you can buy a complete X-6 kit (with the Associated parts) for the same price as a TRF201 costs with body and wing. So if one wants a mid motor car, why would they first pay for the TRF now that there is a complete kit available...
