Skyrc D100 = slow charger?

I juat got new skyrc D100 v2 charger, to replace my hyperion EOS0606i.

It takes really long time to charge 4200 mah 2s battery. 1.30hr to charge, whereas my old hyperion charges them in 45 mins ish.

all plugged in AC mode, all setting is default, aside from voice control and beeps turned off.

Is there anything i have overlooked in setting?

what amps ?

are you balancing?
which charge profile is it on?
have you tried a different set of charge leads?

I put 4.2amp and yes, its connected to balancing port. same cables on old charger...

charger is "charge" profile.
