Default X-6 Threaded Collars loose?????

Hello,
I'm Just building my new X-6 and i think i've come across a wee problem.
Are the treaded collars that you put in the front a rear of the chassis supposed to be a tight fit??? only mine fall out as if the holes are drilled out to big.

Ideally they should be a "push" fit, but this is really only to make assembly of the car easier.

Each insert should have a matching hex moulded into the chassis, so as long as you make sure this is aligned when you fully tighten the screw from above, you'll be just fine.

Hope that helps.

Just as a side note to what Phil said, have you checked you are putting the correct length insert in the correct place? From memory the longest ones go in the front of the chassis and go most of the way in before becoming tight. If you have short ones in here they may well be loose.

also if you do get a odd lose one a very, and i mean very small dot of super glue will tack it in place while you work on it and get the screws done up,
