Default 2s shorty advice

Hi guys just brought a 1/10 electric and it's got a shorty pack with it.The buggy has lrp flow speedo and hb flux 7.5 motor in it.For a meeting how many shorty packs will I need and what sort of run times am I likley to be getting.Sorry for the bumb ass questions but I haven't done electric for about 20 years.

You should get a couple of runs out of it, does depend as some shortys are small.
I only have a couple and charge as I need to.

Which shorty is it and what car (2 or 4wd)?

I find my 2wd with 8.5 uses about 1300mah for 5 min race so should get about 15 mins

I use 4000mah batteries for 2 races before swapping (to make sure they have plenty left). I'd say you would be good with 1 more so you could have 1 in your car while one on charge. Or go for 2 more and run 1 battery for practice and first heat, 1 for 2nd and 3rd heats, and the last one for 4th heat and final. may not be the best way but this works for me
