I had this issue, check which version of the software is installed, then look at the set up guide for that version. Latest software has a few more settings.

You need the chart for the v3.8 software
http://www.lrp.cc/en/service/software-update/
Download the file for free and you get the extra setting on a pdf file.

Check this out:

http://site.petitrc.com/reglages/lrp...tsLRPFlow.html

Looks like firmware v4.7 has 10 modes available, all others have 7 excluding v3.8 which has 8.

Pretty sure I run v3.8 which is the latest firmware for buggys.

I suggest trying to get the firmware changed to v.3.8, what puzzles me is that non of theses mention reverse

Well esc worked well in my RC10B2 and was pretty rapid using a 5.5 which was used to see if it was a competition esc with the wrong label on but disproved that, esc came off cool and car was really fast. But damn hard to stop when reverse is on but considering i hardly use brake (at end of straight only) was ok, but as Tony Evdoka was pitting with me he also didnt think it was right until he saw it go backwards so we followed the manual to reboot it back to factory settings and didnt work so had us both a bit bemused. Im going to redo the software and hope it rectifies this problem.

Thanks guys for all your help, really appreciate it.

I picked a 2nd flow to go in my 4wd, bought it off ebay, was pleasantly surprised that it came with a spec 2 link bridge which wasnt advertised in the listing, it had v5.4 on it for stock racing so updated it last night to v3.8.

When you plug it in it should display which software was installed which may help explain the reverse. Maybe someone has somehow installed the firmware of a different LRP ESC that has reverse on it.

I think as soon as you update the firmware it should solve the issue, but yeh a real mystery

There are only 2 1/10th buggy firmware for the flow.
The v1.4 is the original and is designed for high grip conditions
V3.3 and now V3.8 is designed for low grip conditions.

As far as I am aware if you are using these 2 firmwares there are only 7 modes, but they both vary greatly in what they are used for but mode 1 is autobrake in both and mode 7 is cut off in both

As someone as already suggested I'd say your not running the flow firmware as I've never known an option for running reverse.
