It looks like they’ve pulled it from their website. I took a screen shot last night. It’s also still in the google search resultsAttachment 123541

I thought the 6.2 was still new - no one’s hardly had a chance to use it yet

AE seems to have adjusted their launches to every 15-18 months.
Under normal conditions that wouldn't be too bad, although the previous 2yr cycle suited me more.
Life in the UK/Europe in the last year has been disrupted quite a lot with the arrival of the pandemic, but that doesn't mean that the area 51 engineers weren't at work possibly with even more time in their hands than before (and remember USA never shut down to the same level) . So the 6.3 is upon us.
Tbh the only significant difference to a the cars driving characteristics is the wide rear pivots, which I'd expect/hope they'd be a straight forward swap.
Plenty of low use 6.2s out there Inc mine, which are and still will be a v.good car.

Actually, they previously released cars every 2 years (B5, B6, 6.1, 6.2) several months after the Worlds. The announcement of the B6.2 was January last year.

I guess with money not being spent for holidays, theater shows, festivals or amusement parks, people sought other means to spend their money. I would not be surprised if Associated ran out of stock sooner than they thought and saw a chance to keep sales up in 2021

Perhaps I'm being a bit blunt but I'll just say it: to me it seems as if they tried hard to put new features into the car but they hardly qualify as meaningful upgrades if you have a B6.2 right now... Probably you're better off putting some training laps in if you want to improve your lap time. I know for this and many more reasons, I am!

You got it perfectly right!
Most of the updates and new features seem minor to say the least..
"set screws and nuts to secure lower end of rear shocks"?? Seriously? A DYI mod that's been around forever...
Carbon steering arms.. available since before the 6.2 and 6.1.. in the kit just now?

They won't get my money this time..

And risk annoying existing customers by pointless releases...

Ok New to AE B series, the wider rear C and D carriers,, is that a big improvement over the current setup and would it fit the B6.2 in any case.

It's direct swap, and worth trying as soon as parts are available.
