old set up sheets for cougar 2000

Hi am looking at doing some worksop indoors and using my cougar 2000

I am after a basic set up for it and hope that some old team drivers or drivers that have an old set up sheet or can remember what they used to do

This would be greatly appreciated

Cheers
Ben
