LRP Warrenty
 

Hi Guys

Asking on behalf of a friend.

How long ago did the LRP 25 year warrenty start???

He bought a new LRP v7.1 many moons ago to go in his xxx.

He gave up racing and recently has started back again he ran the car but then the speedo has gone pop. Now im wondering would tris speedo carry a 25 year warrenty??? He has the box and instructions but no warrenty card.

Any advice apprechiated? (God i cant spell)

I'm pretty sure that age-wise it would have been a 25-year warranty. However, I thought that LRP's racing ESCs were limited to a 1 or 2 year warranty.

I know the quantum 2's etc had 25 year warrrenty's but wasnt sure if any of the earlier ones did.

Ash, I believe the Quantum 1 was the first to offer a long warranty. If memory serves me correctly, my first Q1 had the normal (short) warranty, but my 2nd one had "lifetime", which as we know wasn't really!!
